What to expect
7 sessions (45 minutes each) designed to help you manage and improve your emotional, mental and physical wellbeing.
At the beginning of every week you will receive:
Creative resources and activities – to explore in your own time;
Simple strategies – to help you manage how you feel and build your confidence to be able to face situations you find difficult now and in the future.
You can do the activities at your own pace, and as little or as much as you like.
And we will be there throughout to listen and support you.
The wellbeing activities gave me the chance to reflect and explore without pressure. It gave me a sense of autonomy and helped me realise that I do know what’s best for me more often than I thought!
